Dinner on the Grounds & Keepers of the Faith

 All day sing and dinner on the ground
Young folks, old folks are gatherin' around
Delicious is the meal and joyful is the sound
Of an all day sing and dinner on the ground

It's an old fashion notion and a new fashion day
People that are friendly and people that pray
Everybody's welcome and heaven's above
What's brought us all together is a thing called love

We're going on back to those good ol' days
When summer was forever and simple things amazed
The laughter of the children and the games on the grass
A voice that was whisperin' "this is what lasts"

Dark days may come hard times will too
Remember this day, it'll help you get through
And the first day of heaven is gonna astound
It's like an all day sing and dinner on the ground

"For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
 May be able to comprehend with all saints what [is] the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
  Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen."
Ephesians 3:14-21

    Isn't soap making fun!? Did you just make basic soap or fragrant?
    Anyway, have fun with it! ~Kelsey

  12. Lots of fun activities. I love keeper at home and the contenders groups.
    I wanted to pass along some information to you all if you are interested. The Southeast Christian Home Discipleship Families are presenting their annual Mother/Daughter Winter Conference in Newnan, GA Feb. 25-26 with keynote speakers Marilyn Boyer and her daugther Laura on the topic "Godliness With Contentment is Great Gain." It's a wonderful conference for Christian homeschooling moms and daughters from all over the southeast. If you register by Feb. 11 you can choose a free CD from last year's conference by speaker Stacy McDonald and her daughter Tiffany. To register go to www.sechristianhomedischipleshipfamilies.blogspot.com. Maybe I'll see you there.

  14. Aunt Beth, he actually has a bat. The picture is kinda blurry, so it stretched the bat to look like a board. ;o) They were playing flies and grounders. :o)

    Love you!
