Our 4-H club (Stevens, Stricklens, Waldmans, and Amanda) volunteered to help out at the Good Ol' days festival at the Homeland park. (Our favorite park!!) :o) We took turns helping with the Victorian tea, old fashioned games, ice cream churning, whip popping, and then...we all danced the Virginia Reel and some old fashioned square dances!

I think I played it for at least a couple of hours with ten or fifteen little kids...

ReplyDeleteYAY! That was probably one of the best Festivals they've had at that park yet! What great fun, with great friends!! The toy table was awesome...until I had to fix the broken coffee grinder...the poor, abused coffee grinder...;)
